 Flash: I drove slightly away from a sighted strip to allow helicopter conveying the Advanced Trauma Response Team of London's Air Ambulance Service landed beside my car in Asda Becton. The pilot walked up to me and acknowledged the gesture as I was told there was a distress call somewhere about five hundred yards away
